This morning we helped Brandon, who had a progressive 78 degree kyphosis with some pain. We were able to get a near-anatomic correction with T2-L2 instrumentation and fusion with 4 thoracic posterior osteotomies. His EBL was 1250 cc, and did not require transfusion.  Cell saver was used.
