Junctional kyphosis and stenosis above previous fusion fixed today

Did 2 surgeries yesterday including 2 level ACDF and lumbar scoliosis and spinal stenosis repair. This morning we fixed this severe lumbar spinal stenosis w flat back, spondylolisthesis.
