Woman in severe pain w Degen scoliosis and lumbar stenosis after collapse w/ laminectomy years ago fixed today.
Surgical time: 3 hrs. L1-iliac wing instrum and fusion. Revision L3-5 laminectomy. EBL: 500 cc Blood transfused none. This woman has been in agony for over a year.
