Congenital scoliosis and pseudarthrosis and kyphosis above old fusion fixed today in 37 yo woman.
She did quite well. T10-iliac wing revision extension instrumentation and fusion w bmp, L1 laminectomy where she developed junctional kyphosis. EBL 2200 cc Blood transfused: 1 unit.
